It is expected to increase the flexibility and broad basing of the Science Degree Programs further to satisfy the needs of the students. More new subjects/disciplines will be introduced depending on the demand and the needs of the country. Interaction with local industry will be strengthened.

More major and minor subjects will be introduced, which will further diversify the Science Degree Programs.

Faculty got approval to offer an Honours Degree Program in Data Science recently.

New Honours degree programmes in Electronics and Instrumentation, Biological Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Solid State Science are proposed for future implementation.
