About Me

I am a lecturer (probationary) attached to the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Peradeniya. I obtained my B.Sc. Special Degree in Mathematics in 2014 from the same institution and joined there as a probationary lecturer in 2015. I received my Ph.D. from Texas Tech University, USA in the summer of 2021 under the supervision of Dr. Dmitri Pavlov.

My research interests include Homotopy theory, Higher-dimensional algebra, and Category theory and its applications to topology and geometry. I am also interested in higher and derived differential geometry.
