Department of Chemistry

The research focuses on the synthesis of nanomaterials, their characterization, and the exploration of their catalytic properties. Specifically, the synthesis efforts center on inorganic materials such as Ag, AgS, MoS₂, and LDHs, employing hydrothermal and electrochemical methods to achieve nanoscale dimensions. Based on their properties, these materials are further investigated for their electrocatalytic applications, particularly in CO₂ reduction and water splitting.
